For various reasons it would be good for us to get a version with the
symlink fixes out ASAP, and we may not have time to look at the dmeta
issue before the next release (which might be this week).
So please don't take offense! I would like to look at it, but I am
flying
to Hong Kong on Friday, will be gone for two weeks, and have a few other
things that have to be taken care of too...
