[PVFS-developers] PVFS for Redhat 9.0

There is actually a newer version of mkmgrconf that will be in version
1.6.1. In the meantime, it can be downloaded from here:
ftp://ftp.parl.clemson.edu/pub/pvfs/contrib/mkmgrconf-redhat9.0
I think this one worked everywhere that I tried to run it, if I remember
correctly. I'm no perl expert, though :)
