[PVFS-developers] 1.6.3 pre1 problems/solutions

Been testing out 1.6.3 and had to do a bit of housekeeping:

Built a migration utility to drop fsize.  I didn't bother with dropping
fields from the .pvfsdir files because they will just be ignored if they
exist.

There were several spots in the kpvfs kernel code that "didn't get the memo"
about fsize being dropped.  Also, one place had the wrong version.

There was a broken and unused dmeta2fname hanging around in the manager code
that referenced a deleted dmeta entry.  This has been dropped.

Patches are attached.  The kernel stuff effectively makes the snapshot
unusable if you use kpvfsd.  I didn't try user-space pvfsd, since we don't
use it here.  Things seem to be working now, but I will post anything else I
catch.
