[PVFS-developers] Truncate bug

Well, I found another bug in this function that is almost undoubtedly the
result of me being careless:

In the patch I submitted to have do_truncate use cached file sizes, it opens
the metadata file as _read_only_ when it tries to store the file size.  In
any case, attached is another 2-liner to atone for the error.  Sorry for the
mistake.
