[PVFS-developers] Tagged 1.6.3-pre2

Hi all,

We've tagged PVFS 1.6.3-pre2, including a bunch of patches from Don and 
Murali.  We should have a tarball of this out before too long, and we 
would really appreciate anyone who can giving this a test and reporting 
back any problems.  It has been *way* too long since the last release, and 
unless there is something heinously wrong with this, I'd like to get 
1.6.3 out ASAP.
