[PVFS-developers] Small commit issue

When Rob added my fast-stats patch, he changed the macro to
MGR_USED_CACHED_SIZE, but when a subsequent patch I submitted was committed,
it was still committed with the old FAST_STATS macro.  Thus, things aren't
quite right. 

In any case, attached is the 2 line patch needed to rectify this situation.
