[Pvfs-developers] metadata storage in pvfs

Hello,
I'm trying to implement raid like file striping in pvfs2. I read some code
of it but I can't find
where the code interacts with the metadata server database(berkely db). I
can only find
some function like register_dis(PINT* dist) . These function only operate
information in memory.
Could someone tell me where the metadata server stores the information into
the berkely db after
a client does some operation on some file?

I appreciate any response.
