[PVFS-users] mount.pvfs error msg

Thanks Phil. That's true. The IO daemon was not started on
one IO machine. It turned out to be a typing error in my
startup script. Now the setup is fine with 2 IO machines,
1 manager and 6 CPUs acting as clients.
