[PVFS-users] creating file .........

Hello !
    My pvfs version is 1.6.0.
  My mgr node also acts as a client.
  When I create a file using
 /usr/local/bin/pvfs-mkfile -K -f /pvfs/mkf1 -s 30
 on my mgr node ,it creates the file with proper size.
But when i use the same command on some other client
node,a file gets created but with size 0 byres & I get
a message :
  >   do_job:IOD_MAGIC_NR does not match
>   do_jobs:do_job failed : invalid argument
>   write (2):invalid argument.

  I've installed tthe same version on all machines.And
,basically , what is this magic number used for?
