[PVFS-users] mount.pvfs error

It's not as simple as checking your PVFS's version -- you have to make 
sure that all your binaries are the right version.  You need to copy the 
iod to all the nodes where the iod runs and copy the mgr to where the 
manager runs and make sure that the old ones aren't running any more.
