Hmm.  It looks like the system map isn't up to date with the kernel; 
that's too bad.  I can't tell if this is something that we've seen before 
or not.  What was going on at the time?

Was the file still held open somewhere?  Did you create a new file system, 
or use one with old data (which would have been a bad thing)?
