[PVFS2-developers] pvfs2-cp

the guys downstairs found a problem in pvfs2-export, and instead of
fixing pvfs2-export i went and wrote pvfs2-cp.  It should be able to
do everything that pvfs2-import and pvfs2-export do.  Run it with the
-t option to get MB/sec output.
