[PVFS2-developers] pvfs2-server segfaults with libdb 4.3

We hope to have that release out in the next few weeks.  There have been 
a number of things fixed that people are continuing to see, and we 
apologize that we don't have the release out already!  We've been a 
little underpowered following Neill and Phil's departures and are still 
adapting.
