[Pvfs2-developers] output from creating storage

I was seeing these errors on an opteron box last week. It looked
like the configure couldn't find the right function signature for the
error callback that gets passed to set_errcall. I upgraded the
version of berkeley db (to 4.4.20) and all was well. I didn't look
at it closely, but I think the code in trunk must depend on a newer
version of libdb, so we may need to fix up that feature check a little.
