[Pvfs2-developers] WALT3 branch

Hi Walt,

I've reverse merged the HEAD to the WALT3 branch, so that it can be  
easily merged to trunk (hopefully soon).  If there are still test  
failures we should try to fix them soon so that we can get your code  
merged.  The tests I ran after the merge all passed.  We'll see what  
the nighties turn up.

I created a WALT3-point tag.  This should make it a lot easier to  
merge to trunk when we're ready to do that.
