[Pvfs2-developers] Handling 64 bit handles for kmod

Hi All,
Attached patch implements proper 64 bit handle size support for the vfs
implementation.
This is a self-followup of an email that was sent a while ago

The link above describes the problems that the patch tries to address.
I am going to hold of checking this patch in until it withstands some
stress tests..
I would love to hear feedback/comments on the patch..
