[Pvfs2-developers] PVFS2EP env

I got tired of creating a transient tabfile with one entry and then  
setting PVFS2TAB_FILE to that.  So I've added a PVFS2EP env that  
allows setting the filesystem endpoint in the env directly:

PVFS2EP="/tmp/mnt=tcp://mynode:3334/pvfs2-fs"

A hack certainly, but as something semi-secret, it might be useful for  
our testing environments.
