[Pvfs2-developers] bmi_gm patch to fix missing BMI_meth_post_sendunexpected()

Hi all,

I have attached a patch to fix bmi_gm. In CVS, both  
BMI_meth_post_sendunexpected() and BMI_meth_post_sendunexpectedlist()  
point to BMI_gm_post_sendunexpectedlist().
