Announcing version 2.6.2 of PVFS

This is an incremental bug-fix release from 2.6.1. It includes bug  
fixes, as well as fixes to support the latest version of Berkeley DB  
(version 4.5).  See the ChangeLog in the release tarball for specific  
details.
