[Pvfs2-developers] RPM .spec files for PVFS

I'm not sure if there's much interest, but I've put together RPM .spec files
to build PVFS server/client and kernel module RPMs.  They are specific to
RH-based distros (RHEL, FC, CentOS), but should be easily adaptable to any
RPM-based distro.

I attached them for your viewing pleasure.  Feel free to use or discard them
as you see fit ;)

I also have a pvfs2-client init script that I'm fine tuning (very nice to
have so that pvfs plays well with autofs after a reboot).  I'll post that up
once I'm a bit more satisfied with it.
