[Pvfs2-developers] Adding bmi_mx

Hi all,

I think I am ready to add the bmi_mx files (mx.h, mx.c and README).  
Do you want the files in a tarball or a single patch that generates  
the files?

Also, I have two new files for $PVFS2/test/io/bmi, pingpong.c and  
pingpong_unex.c. If you would like to add them, let me know. They  
work with MX and TCP and they should work with IB and GM.

I am pleased with the performance. I will run some more performance  
tests to have a baseline for future reference.
