[Pvfs2-developers] Adding bmi_mx

Hi Sam,

I have attached a single patch that adds mx.[ch], README, pingpong.c
and pingpong_unex.c. It also modifies various existing files to allow
building bmi_mx.

This supersedes my previous pre-bmi_mx.patch.

The copyright is LGPL (as found in the COPYING file in $PVFS2). The
README directs users to contact help at myri.com for support.

Scott
