[Pvfs2-developers] genconfig

Attached patch makes --quiet a little easier to use.  We assume  
defaults for storage location, logfile, port, board number, etc. will  
be used instead of requiring a bunch of arguments just to prevent the  
script from being interactive.  I'll probably commit this if there  
are no objections.
