[Pvfs2-developers] server error messages on startup

Hi,
I tried to test some pvfs applications from within the 
test/client/sysint/ folder. I used the configure file provided. Then, i 
used the make to build the .o files. When i ran ls.o (for instance) i get 
the following,
ls.o: Exec format error. Wrong Architecture

I am trying to write applications using the pvfs api & not the vfs 
interface ...
Please suggest me on how i can call the pvfs api directly.
