<div dir="ltr">Hello, <br><br>&nbsp;Has there been any thought on trying to drag in the symbols from openssl needed for pvfs into the pvfs2.a archive?&nbsp; Would a quick --add-needed flag to the linker do it, or is that just fantasy on my part.&nbsp; I understand why it would be bad to do it for a pvfs shared lib, but if you&#39;re using the static library, at some level the expection has to be that you aren&#39;t also forcing in symbols for the openssl shared object?<br>
<br>&nbsp; I mention this, because I&#39;m having to work around pvfs/openssl difficulties with this in hdf5, and flash IO.&nbsp; Not huge problems, but not beginner level stuff either.<br><br>Cheers,<br>Brad<br><br></div>
