[PVFS2-users] slow compiles with PVFS2 file system

I was using that option originally but there is a bug in the readahead
code such that you can't even compile most of the .c files.  I brought
up the bug on an earlier thread back on Oct 11 (on the
pvfs2-developers list) which I think is why that configuration option
is now disabled by default.  I haven't tried the option with 1.0.1 but
I haven't seen anything in the release notes that would indicate that
the bug was fixed.
