Announcing version 1.0.0 of PVFS2

At our Birds-of-Feather (BoF) session here in Pittsburgh and SC2004, we'll 
be officially announcing the PVFS2 1.0 release, which will begin in about 
an hour.  However, we're very proud to announce the release is now online 
and can be downloaded from the usual site:

ftp://ftp.parl.clemson.edu/pub/pvfs2/pvfs2-1.0.0.tar.gz
