[PVFS2-users] Pvfs2-server dies

I am having the same problem with a new installation of PVFS 2.0.6.3
running on RedHat 9. We have 5 I/O servers (giving us 100GB), 1 MDS, and
1 client.

The pvfs2-ping -m mountpoint returned that everything was OK.

Then from our client I attempted to copy a 1MB file to the pvfs
filesystem with pvfs2-cp. The copy seemed to finish, but when trying to
verify it with pvfs2-ls, it returned:

Warning: BMI attempting reconnect.
Error: bmi_tcp: Connection refused
*** msgpair did not complete successfully: Connection refused
PINT_server_get_config failed: Connection refused
Error: could not initialize any file systems from /etc/pvfs2tab

The server log indicates: "PVFS2 server got signal 15
(server_status_flag: 262143)"

The server refuses to start again even after a reboot, it simply dies
after "/etc/init.d/pvfs2-server start".

And the client will no longer connect with pvfs2-ping, giving:

(3) Initializing each file system found in tab file: /etc/pvfs2tab...

Error: bmi_tcp: Connection refused
Warning: BMI attempting reconnect.

Any insight would be great!
