[PVFS2-users] Pvfs2-server dies

Here is how I recreated the error. My server's conf file has
"EventLogging server".

Step 1:
 
On the client:
# pvfs2-ls /mnt/pvfs2/

Shown in server log:
Handle created: 613566760

(0x80dde20) create (final_response sm) state: send_resp
(0x80dde20) create (final_response sm) state: cleanup

Step 2:

On the client:
# pvfs2-cp /etc/hosts /mnt/pvfs2/

Shown in the server log:

Step 3:

The pvfs process on the server is now dead.
