[PVFS2-users] PVFS2 and kernel 2.4.18?

I agree w/ Rob that you should update the kernel as far as you can with 
RedHat updates if you have to stick with the 7.3 install.

If you do have to keep the existing kernel for some reason, though, some 
varieties of redhat patched 2.4.18 kernels will actually work if they 
expose the "get_user_pages" symbol.  Try this to see if you've got it:

cat /proc/ksyms |grep get_user_p
