[PVFS2-users] pvfs2 obnormal

The first step is to get the pvfs2-* utilities working.  Restart
pvfs2-server.  Set the 
PVFS2_DEBUGMASK environment variable to 'client' and run pvfs2-ls
again.  That should show where pvfs2-ls is getting stuck.  Check the
server log files as well and let us know if anything shows up there.
