I just notice for what I've been experimenting on MPI-IO. After
MPI_File_write_all on PVFS2 file system, a file is created on each
I/O-node (/usr/scratch/pvfs2) which participated in MPI call. However,
each node contain different size of data and only one or two node
contains complete set of data. Is this normal behaviour? If so, how do I
know which node holds complete data set so that I can access easily
without checking file size? Thanks again.
