[Pvfs2-users] du df mismatch, pvfs2 v1.5.1

good day all, i'm a bit confused with this:

[root at bioinfo ~]# df -h /pvfs2-data/
Filesystem            Size  Used Avail Use% Mounted on
tcp://bioinfo:3334/pvfs2-fs
                       88G   32G   57G  36% /pvfs2-data

[root at bioinfo ~]# du -sh /pvfs2-data/
12K     /pvfs2-data/

there is no data in the pvfs2 filesystem and pvfs2-ping looks normal. there
must be somthing simple i'm missing.

pvfs2 version is 1.5.1, i'm a bit unsure where to start debugging this ...
