[Pvfs2-users] installation pvfs2-ping ok, but pvfs2-ls and pvfs2-cp fails

Yeah I agree.  I don't know why it would infinite loop with  
DB_BUFFER_SMALL.  Maybe readdir is returning 0 instead of an error  
and it keeps trying to read the next set of entries...but that's a  
random guess...

When I get around to fixing the code to work with the latest version  
of Berkeley DB, I'll to also look at the pvfs2-ls hang.
