[Pvfs2-users] retcode fix

FYI:  There was a bug in PVFS expressed with many clients  
simultaneously opening the same file with O_CREAT.  In some instances  
more than one client would receive a successful response from the  
metadata server, resulting in odd behavior depending on the  
application, such as writing to the wrong datafile handle.  The  
attached patch (applied to 2.6.2) should fix this bug.  The bug only  
affects PVFS versions 2.6.0 - 2.6.2.  If your use of PVFS includes  
the workload described, you should applied it.
