[Pvfs2-users] Upgrading from PVFS2 1.4.0 to 2.7.0: Thanks!

Many thanks to the PVFS team for their effort (this time, Sam's effort) to
get through the migration from the 2-year old 1.4.0 format to the current
one!

Seems the fix will be included in 2.7.1 :)
