[Pvfs2-users] Fail if one i/o node is gone

Hello,

I've set up a pvfs2 cluster with 3 i/o node and 2 metadata. (And one
client.) All fine, quick tutorial guide is great. But if I shut down
one of i/o node, the cluster will unavailable. How can I configure
pvfs2 to tolerate one or more i/o node outage?
