Thanks, I must have dropped it our spaced it.  I did grab the
fix you made from GM_INCLUDES to GM_INCDIR.

I thought about that a bit, and toyed with having it look through
PATH as well.  But to be consistent with the other devices, and possibly
to minimize confusion over multiple installs, I chose to leave it
as is.  Meaning, user must provide the path to MX.
