[Pvfs2-users] latest CVS and linux kernel 2.6.24

Sam checked some fixes into trunk last night that should make the latest 
CVS code work better for you now.

In general the pvfs-2-7-branch of CVS tends to be more stable if you 
just need updates for newer kernels without the development changes that 
are going on in trunk.
