[Pvfs2-users] corrupt gzipped files

Ah sorry I thought you first created it then transferred it to the PVFS.
Can you create the same file in raw (not gzipped) format on the pvfs
volume and somewhere else, then md5sum it, and see if there is any
difference? And redo the same thing in gzipped format? There is no
reason for any difference of behaviour from PVFS POV.
