[Pvfs2-users] vapi.h not found

If you're using OFED you'll want to configure with --with-openib=/usr
instead of --with-ib. I installed OFED 1.5.3 on a SL6 host and configure ran
cleanly (with OrangeFS 2.8.4 but I believe it will also work for 2.8.2).
Note, if you are not going to be using TCP (only IB) you'll also want to
disable TCP support via '--without-bmi-tcp'.
