[Pvfs2-users] Upgrading from pvfs2 1.5 to 2.8.4orangefs

I followed this thread to do the conversion:

When issuing the following:
sudo pvfs2-migrate-collection --all /etc/pvfs2-fs.conf
Error: unknown collection version: 0.1.5
        for fs: pvfs2-fs (34ac5fcb)

pvfs2-ping -m /pvfs2 also isn't correct, it suffers the same as 
mentioned in mail from:
http://www.beowulf-underground.org/pipermail/pvfs2-users/2008-July/002504.html 
with title:


  The PVFS2 says"Failure: check root handle failed"

PVFS_mgmt_setparam_all: Detailed per-server errors are available (error

         Exactly one server must own the root handle.
         In this setup, no servers own the root handle.
