[Pvfs2-users] Documentation for pvfs 2.8.1

The HIgh Availability guide found via the document link on OrangeFS.org
describes how to setup OrangeFS with Heartbeat and a SAN device.  As far as
I know, the setup described is still applicable to OrangeFS 2.8.5.
